Rye Oak is a good primary school with an integral autism resource base and two year old provision. It is highly regarded within Southwark Local Authority , modelling many aspects of best practice. We have a highly inclusive ethos, with enthusiastic staff, driven by a passion to make a positive difference to the lives of our children. This vacancy arises because our Headteacher is moving on after 6 years to another Headship at a larger school. We are looking for someone who will take on the leadership of our school community, build our strengths and improve the areas that we could do better at. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with strategic vision and experience.
