We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who has a passion to see all students succeed whatever their starting point. You will be joining a highly inclusive school rated good by Ofsted. 

We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work with our pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. You should be able to demonstrate successful experience in supporting students with behavioural and emotional difficulties and Special Educational Needs. 

If you have the potential to be an outstanding practitioner and are able to drive forward a culture of participation, enthusiasm and achievement, The Elmgreen School is the ideal place for you to begin or develop your career. About The Elmgreen School

The Elmgreen School is a unique 11-18 secondary school. It is a non denominational mixed school which opened to its first cohort of year 7 students in September 2007.   The secondary Hearing Impaired Unit is co-located within the school. We will reach our full complement of 1100 students in 2014 which will include a 200 place sixth form. The school moved to its inspirational new building in September 2009.

The school is non selective and provides a creative and innovative curriculum, encouraging the highest standards of teaching and learning within an ethos of mutual respect, harmony and achievement.
