Colham Manor Primary School is a welcoming, three form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. At our last OfSTED inspection (December 2015), we were graded as ‘GOOD’ with an ‘OUTSTANDING’ grading for ‘personal development, behaviour and welfare’.

OfSTED said: “pupils are eager to learn and considerate to others. Teaching is consistently good and pupils achieve well”.

We would like to appoint an experienced HLTA to join our committed and hard working team. The position involves delivering and assessing learning to whole classes during teachers’ PPA time, and occasionally covering for short term absence.

We are looking for someone who:

• has the drive, determination, and enthusiasm to enhance the level of learning in our school;

• understands how to support children whilst developing their independence;

• has the ability to motivate and inspire children through their learning journey.
