Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join the team at our College Avenue site, as soon as possible.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you will co-ordinate the recruitment process from advert through to appointment, ensuring that internal procedures, regulatory requirements and associated guidance are adhered to.

You will deliver effective administrative support in a broad range of areas, so you must have an eye for detail, a professional approach and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

The successful applicant must be a proactive and hard-working administrator with a real drive to provide an exceptional level of support. Existing knowledge of HR functions would be preferable, but is not essential. This is a fast paced working environment, so applicants must be confident in using their own initiative.

This is a full-time post working 40 hours per week, all year round. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.

In return we offer a positive working environment, with supportive colleagues and regular opportunities for professional development and training.
