Hours:  37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks during school holidays

Grade/salary: H7 £23,866 pro rata (Actual £21,378)

We are seeking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and emotionally intelligent HR professional to take responsibility for all aspects of HR. This includes recruitment, employee relations, staff absences, employment law and the Single Central Record. This is a busy and dynamic stand-alone, generalist position, one which provides exciting opportunities with the expansion of the Multi Academy Trust and Leisure facilities. The successful applicant will ideally have a CIPD qualification and/or experience of TUPE, although neither essential. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for

· Managing all aspects of the School's Human Resources function across the employee lifecycle including staff appraisals.

· All aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding, ensuring that processes are consistent and reflect legal requirements, safer recruitment and best practice.

· All new starter administration, maintain the School’s Single Central Record (SCR) of pre-employment checks, employee files, records and databases.

· Completing the annual School Workforce Census on SIMS. 

· Record, monitor and report on staff absence and work proactively towards employee retention, engagement and wellbeing. 

· Manage and administrate all employment contract including new starters, changers and leavers. 

· Liaise and build relationships with other schools within the MAT.
