Kingsgate Primary School is a large inner city primary school graded Outstanding by Ofsted. We are looking for a second Inclusion Leader who will be committed to raising the attainment of all pupils, regardless of their background, challenges or needs. The Inclusion Leader plays a key role in SEND, attendance and safeguarding. Preferably with a track record of good or outstanding classroom teaching, you have high expectations of what children can achieve, a strong commitment to your own professional development and you work well as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who: Has a track record of at least three years’ good teaching in an inner city school, some within the last two years Will work closely with all staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils Has or can demonstrate the potential to develop good leadership skills Will develop good partnerships with parents and carers Will analyse a range of data in order to contribute to strategic planning

About Kingsgate Primary School
Kingsgate Primary School is a mixed school in Camden, north London. With a roll call of around 550, it is larger than similar schools of its type and serves an inner-city area with very high levels of deprivation. A large majority of pupils at Kingsgate Primary School are from ethnic minority groups and most speak English as an additional language. Twenty-six different heritages are represented and an extensive number of languages spoken.
The school strives to provide its pupils with challenging and inspirational educational experiences. It holds several awards, including a Healthy Schools Award.
