We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced IT Technician to join our school. The post holder will be required to work with all departments within the school, this will be an integral role and will help in the smooth running of the school.

General day to day requirements of the role and skills necessary: -

  • Hardware maintenance and repairs for PCs, laptops, projectors, printers and IWB 
  • Installing new hardware and software
  • Trouble shooting
  • Managing helpdesk tickets & prioritising tasks
  • Experience in using Microfocus (Novell) ZenWorks - Desirable
  • User management, including passwords and login details
  • Relevant ICT qualifications
