Truro and Penwith College has a number of vacancies across a range of new European Social Fund (ESF) projects, which will address skills gaps and support individuals with training and information, advice and guidance across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

ESF AMBITIONS

The Ambitions project supports unemployed or inactive 15 – 24 year olds in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to help them progress into education, employment or training.  Ambitions is fully funded by the European Social Fund.  

We are looking for a Job Coach to support project participants to achieve their employment, education and training goals. The post holder will act as the link between Truro and Penwith College and local employers to ensure young people can access and benefit from work placement opportunities to enhance their employability. The ideal candidate would possess an Information, Advice and Guidance qualification at Level 3 or above along with a commitment to supporting and empowering young people. The post holder would be required to work across both the Truro and Penwith campuses.
