King’s College, The British school of Frankfurt, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring KindergardenTeacher.

King’s Group is an international education organisation. We own and operate a network of British international schools and UK Academies, and complement this with services providing children’s Academic Year Abroad programmes and Summer Courses, Adult Training and Catering Services.

Our school network is one of the most established in the world and currently covers the UK, Europe and Latin America. In recognition of its success the UK Government also awarded us Multi-Academy Trust sponsorship status allowing us to manage state schools in England. With more than 45 years’ experience, King’s Group has nearly 1000 employees across the globe, educating more than 5,500 students at any one time.

The school opened its doors in August 2018 and is the first British school in Frankfurt.

The curriculum is based on the English National Curriculum and will allow pupils to study a wide range of subjects, including also those covering the German Language, History and Geography. These studies will culminate in students undertaking IGCSE, and A Level examinations, which will prepare them to be able to enter the best universities in the world.

The school is located in northern Frankfurt in the residential town of Friedrichsdorf, approximately 20 kilometers from the city centre and is designed to hold approximately 500 pupils and will eventually cater for children from the age of 2 years old (Pre-Nursery), through to 18 years old (Year 13).  

At the moment, the school offers places to children between the ages of 2 (Pre-Nursery) and 12 years old (Year 7).  As these pupils progress through their academic journey, the school will expand to cater for pupils up to 18 years old.

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspiring person for our King’s School in Frankfurt, Germany: 

A dynamic, passionate, resilient and inspirational teacher

A German state recognised  teacher´s qualification

Desirable knowledge on the English national curriculum and recent developments

A fluent English and German speaker 

Flexible and ready for the challenge of a developing school.

About King’s College, the British School of Frankfurt
