We are seeking two full time Key Stage 2 teachers from January 2018
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers to work in our Junior school. A suitable applicant would demonstrate high standards of teaching and pastoral care, as well as a willingness to participate fully in the extra-curricular life of the school. The ability to teach a full range of subjects and to lead English/Humanities would be an advantage.

About Hurst Lodge School
Hurst Lodge is a mixed, non-selective, Roman Catholic all-through school with sixth form situated in Ascot, Berkshire. It is an independent boarding school. The school capacity is 220 children aged 3-18.
Hurst Lodge was founded in 1942 in London as a dance school by Doris Stainer, before moving to Sunningdale. It moved to its current site in Ascot in 1999.

Hurst Lodge, which prides itself on being a nurturing environment, has a particular focus on creativity and building self-worth. It offers a broad general education to help children become well-rounded, as well as supporting them with personal goals.
Since its origins as a dance school, Hurst Lodge has focused on the arts. Extra-curricular activities include drama and art classes as well as maths or science clubs. ICT has improved in recent years and there is a comprehensive careers programme for students, particularly for older students and sixth-formers.
