Subject to a 6 month probationary period
An opportunity has arisen to work at Bruntcliffe Academy to work directly with Achievement Leaders to improve behaviour, attendance and outcomes for students across the Academy. You will be required to provide Achievement Leaders with specific information and data to assist them with their strategic planning and also to work as part of the wider Administration Team.
The ability to work cohesively as part of a team to provide high quality pastoral support to all students is essential.

Bruntcliffe Academy is an increasingly popular 11-16 comprehensive school with approximately 1000 students on roll. The school is situated in Morley which is on the outskirts of the thriving city of Leeds, with a very good motorway access to all areas of the north of England and beyond.
The school joined the highly successful GORSE Academies Trust which has a national reputation for its excellence in 2015. Since this time, the academy has been on an upward trajectory in all aspects of its work. Bruntcliffe Academy in 2018 received a Good judgement from Ofsted, with Outstanding grades for Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Management and also Personal Development. Student outcomes have increased significantly and in 2019 student outcomes were placed in the top 13% of schools nationally.
