  We currently have two vacancies for the Learning Mentor position

  • 36 hours per week/Term Time Only actual salary £19,129 - £21454
  • 18 hours per week (Part time/Term Time actual salary £9,564 - £1072( hours of employment for part time post 11 -3 pm Mon – Thurs 10.45- 2.45 Friday)

Overall Purpose 

Hendon is an ‘Outstanding’ Co-Ed Secondary School Academy. With approximately 1,300 students and 250 employees it is a dynamic and changing environment where collegiality and professionalism is both required and can be expected.

Summary of major duties and responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, review and evaluate intervention programmes
  • Implement clear policies and practices regarding action planning an assessment/recording of student progress.
  • Maintain accurate action plans and evidence of student progress.Ensure regular contact with Key Workers, giving detailed information around progress.
