This role will form a job share with our current Learning Mentor, with the successful candidate working 2 days per week • 8.30am-4pm • Term time only. 

Lindfield Primary Academy is looking to appoint an outstanding person to work with identified children across Academy in order to further raise their self-esteem, aspirations and academic performance.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive and flexible, a great team player with excellent communication skills and will be responsible for the development of effective mentoring relationships with both children and their parents.

We welcome applications both from experienced learning mentors or from those with other relevant experience of working with children or young people who can demonstrate their ability to engage children from a range of backgrounds.

The academy is a well-resourced setting where high expectations, good teaching and dedicated staff mean each pupil, as an individual, is both supported and challenged, whatever their ability. It has a published admissions number of 90 and a total capacity of 630 pupils.
