Student success is paramountin our holistic approach and you will have the opportunity to see the impact of your support.  You will work with teachers and other practitioners to raise the learning and attainment of young people whist promoting social inclusion, self-esteem and independence. 

You will get the opportunity to support students in all vocational areasof the college and assist them to access the curriculum, participate inlearning and fulfil their own individual potential.  The need to be flexible in your approach is imperative.  

You will need to bequalified to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths and ideally have experience of working with people with a range of special educational needs.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
