The Learning Support team have a unique and exciting position, that supports improvements in teaching, learning and assessment by assessing and recommending inclusive and supportive strategies for teaching staff to aid differentiation of our learners.

As a Learning Support Practitioner you will provide support to learners with an Education Health and Care Plan and require an assessment to determine their eligibility for support during their exams. The right candidate will be supported to gain the PAPAA qualification to assess learners for exam arrangements if required.

Ideally you will hold a qualification in conducting individual assessment. e.g. Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements (PAPAA) and hold a Level 4 DTTLS or Cert Ed teaching qualification with Level 4 English language and mathematics or equivalent
