Salary Scale: SO1-SO2 Pt 23-29 (£35,223-£38,934) per annum depending on experience

Ernest Bevin College, whose students are aged between 11-19, is a vibrant and a truly inclusive all boys college with a mixed sixth form. Based in Tooting, South West London, our college takes pride in having an exceptional level of pastoral care where all staff are dedicated to giving each and every student both a quality learning experience and the life skills that opens doors to any career path they wish to tread in the future.

Our students, governors and staff are now seeking to appoint an lettings Manager who will promote the college’s facilities to a wide range of community and commercial groups and manage the school site out of hours when the facilities are hired out.

You will work closely with other members of the college to plan, develop and oversee the lettings bookings taking place during the week and at weekends, looking to maximise income generation for the college. This will involve supervising a small team of lettings receptionists who work on a shift basis out of school hours.

You will generally work 36 hours over the course of the week which will also include some evenings and weekend working. Exact hours and working days to be agreed.
