We are looking to recruit a LRC Manager to manage the development of the LRC on a daily basis.
The role will specifically involve managing and developing the LRC, to ensure that all students develop a passion for reading which will increase literacy skills needed in order for students to achieve their full academic potential.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious, talented and caring. This person must have a professional approach to their work, joining our committed staff at our academy. The successful candidate will help support our inclusive vision and help us to achieve the next level of success.
This role would be a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful academy, and a Trust that puts the learner at the heart of everything it does.
