We are looking for a dynamic, talented teacher to join our Mathematics team. You will have a passion for learning and teaching in Mathematics together with the skills to inspire and motivate our students. A level teaching is available for a suitably qualified candidate.

Our students enjoy maths and make good progress at all key stages. We achieve outstanding GCSE results with the average student outperforming the national average by six tenths of a grade.

The team is made up of specialist teachers committed to ensuring students achieve their full potential and enjoy their lessons. The department is well resourced and rich with IT resources. We follow the highly acclaimed Mathematics Mastery programme from Year 7 to 9.

Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we are located in our state of the art building, a two minute walk from Ponders End train station. In June 2016 Ofsted confirmed that the academy continues to be good and is making rapid progress.

Across the Academy’s students make good progress exceeding or equaling national averages. Each year around 95% of our students progress to university with half to Russell Group universities following a wide range of courses. Outside the classroom extra-curricular activities provide enrichment opportunities for our students. The work of the Academy is supported by the Oasis Hub Hadley which provides integrated, high quality services that benefit students and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced teacher looking to make a difference to the lives of young people. You will join a friendly and supportive team which strives to ensure that all students enjoy their learning and surpass expectations of achievement. If you wish to grow professionally with our Academy join us and become part of the team developing an Outstanding academy.

Oasis Academy Hadley is a great place to work and learn.

We are an all-through family school, where children at every key stage from ages 2 to 19 learn well and make good progress.

We pride ourselves on being inclusive and championing the gifts and talents of every individual. The happiness, care, and wellbeing of all our children is central to our approach and enables everyone at Hadley to thrive in a safe and secure environment.

We have an established culture ofhigh expectations, where children are taught well and encouraged to develop both academically and culturally.  Having such a well-rounded learning experience is central to our purpose as it is this that enables our children to be aspirational for themselves, their families, and their community.  By nurturing a positive mindset, we build children’s confidence to be successful whichever path they choose.

Being an all-through school means that many children are with us for the majority of their formal education and do stay on into our very popular Sixth Form where each year, approximately 95% go onto university with 85% going to Russell Group and top third Universities which are some of the best in the world.

Hadley has a track record of great achievements and is an inspirational place to grow and develop. Throughout all phases of our Academy, we have a team of skilled and dedicated staff with a great deal of expertise who are committed to securing the best outcomes.  To achieve this, we place a great deal of importance in continuing professional development and we have an established leadership development program.

Oasis Academy Hadley is one of 52 Academies who form part of the Oasis Community Learning. Each Oasis Academy and the services behind them, are committed to creating exceptional entitlement that ensures that all children have real choice in their lives.
