Redcliffe Nursery School is a vibrant, culturally diverse, inner city Bristol City Council Maintained Nursery School, providing rich and stimulating education and care for children Under 5 years (We currently have 140 children on roll). We have been recognised by OFSTED as `Outstanding` for 10 consecutive inspections.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed person to join our Senior Leadership team in the important role of School Business Manager
This is an opportunity to join our hardworking and friendly staff team who are committed to ensuring excellent progress and achievement for all our children.
This is a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is organised and flexible and who is motivated by doing their very best for the children in our community.
We would welcome applications from candidates who:
· Have experience in financial management and planning
· Have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a school environment, although the ability to learn and use transferable skills is highly valued.
· Have excellent leadership skills and track record of successfully developing a team
· Are good communicators
· Can think strategically
