PA to the Chief Operating Officer

Bryanston currently has a superb opportunity for an exceptional and professional PA to support the Chief Operating Officer. This is a pivotal role which includes diary management, prioritisation of work, managing all internal and external correspondence, and note taking for meetings such as Governors and other key meetings.

The successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record as a senior PA with experience of managing, and thriving on, multiple priorities in a busy and demanding environment. Ideally you will have some formal secretarial training and strong office system knowledge. You will be a competent IT user with a particularly good working knowledge of Word & Excel. Experience of using a Mac would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a strong attention to detail, a high level of personal organisation, an exceptional command of English and the self-confidence to work autonomously using your initiative. 

This is a full-time, year-round position, which may require flexibility for occasional evening and weekend working. Bryanston offers a competitive remuneration package including private medical insurance and a fantastic working environment for the right candidate.
