Part-Time Project Manager – Fixed Term for One Year (This post is initially on a one day per week contract, subject to review) Salary – Negotiable and Dependent upon Experience We are embarking on the final phase of a major redevelopment programme and we are seeking a motivated and effective project manager to drive the programme to completion. Key duties and responsibilities: • Defining the building requirements for our refurbishment and development programme; • Consulting with, and challenging as necessary, in-house teams to establish briefs and specifications for the individual projects; • Working with architects and other professionals to develop the plans to meet Moor House's brief; • Monitoring expenditure within project budgets; • Managing planning and delivery timeframes and monitoring risk. Candidates will be able to demonstrate suitable experience in a similar role, ideally within an Education, Charity or not for profit environment.
