We are now looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team of staff. In this very important role, you will be the front facing representative of Ark Kings Academy, dealing with visitors, pupils, staff and other stakeholder groups.

 As an ambassador you will represent the vision and ethos of the academy, providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times. 

 Ideal candidates will: 

• have experience of customer service and working with staff and external stakeholders. 

• have experience of running effective reception support, ideally within a school environment. 

• possess excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills

Hours of work: Term time only, afternoons: 12:30pm – 5:00pm; 22.5 hours 

Interviews: Will be held at the Academy on Wednesday, 17th January 2018.
