Secondary Assistant Head Teaching and Learning
Applications are invited from enthusiastic, well qualified and experienced leaders for the above position.
This person in the role will play a crucial part in the development of the Secondary school. The school’s current development priorities include: writing and implementing a teaching and learning strategy; this will establish a professional learning community enabling colleagues to share collaboratively and review educational research. Strong collaboration will embed this practice, Improving assessment procedures and our measurement of student progress
The leadership areas of this post will depend on the applicant's strengths and experience and you will need to demonstrate a passions for whole school improvement and a have a proven track record of taking the initiative to significantly improve the academic.
