We require a highly motivated, resilient and dedicated: SENCO
Salary Range: Leadership 6-10 (£46,102 - £50,920 per annum)
Start Date: Summer Term 2019 (April 2019)
• Are you a qualified SENCo? Or nearly completed your training?
• Do you have a proven track record in raising outcomes for learners with AEN?
• Are you an outstanding teacher?
• Can you lead, manage and ‘walk the walk’ on the front line of providing outstanding provision to students with AEN?
• Do you relish the thought of running the entire AEN provision within a school?
Due to the promotion of our current SENCo, we have an opportunity for a truly talented teacher and leader to take our AEN provision to the next level. You will work closely with the Deputy SENCo, Autistic Provision Manager, EAL teacher and Senior TA’s (all of whom you will line manage) to foster outstanding relationships with all stakeholders to drive forward outcomes for students with AEN.
