Senior Technician – Science 

Term time only Pt 22-25 £13.22ph based on 35hrs per week for 39 weeks is £20,412.26 (gross) 

Required for immediate start, an experienced laboratory technician is required to lead the technician team in our busy Science department. The role will be centred on supporting the department to deliver high quality Science lessons at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 across all disciplines. 

We require an enthusiastic, capable and committed Senior Science Technician to join the Science Department. You will need an in depth knowledge of science procedures and requirements, possess excellent organisational and inter-personnel skills and have a pro-active approach. 

You will also need the ability to lead and manage the workload of the other technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to implement and develop your skills within a friendly team. 

The ideal candidate will have an interest in science, be proactive, approachable, calm and professional. A high level of personal organisation is essential. S/he will have good communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
