Job overview
We are looking for a Chef Instructor/Trainer to join our Hospitality department. Working closely with the Programme Area Leader and reporting to the Curriculum Manager the successful candidate will be involved in training for our summer school and commercial courses.
The successful candidate will;
· Have up to date experience of working in the hospitality sector and be able to deliver high quality education and training.
· Deliver inspiring training, learning and assessment to learners on Hospitality programmes and to co-ordinate activities in the Radmoor training and commercial restaurant.
We require someone who can deliver sessions throughout the summer months, have a flexible approach and be committed to delivering a high level of service.
