Required from September 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter, a creative and motivational part-time (approximately 75% timetable) teacher of Art & Design (Textiles), to join our thriving school on the edge of the Cotswolds.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Enthusiasm and ability to teach Textiles across the full age range from KS3 to A Level
- Willingness to innovate and bring new ideas to the department
- A passion for developing and supporting the creativity of pupils
- Ability to enthuse, monitor and support to ensure that all pupils make a high level of progress.

Sibford School is set in more than 50 acres of grounds and is surrounded by glorious Oxfordshire countryside.
Established in 1842 as a co-educational boarding school for the children of Quaker families, Sibford has, from the outset, been a centre of educational excellence.
Over the years the school has undergone many changes and developments, as it has adapted to meet the needs and aspirations of its pupils. However, the Quaker values that seek to recognise that of God in everyone have remained constant. Today Sibford School accommodates both day pupils and boarders and is currently home to over 430 pupils aged between 3 and 18. We are privileged to be a varied and international community and welcome children of all faiths and none and from many different nations.
