We are seeking a teacher who can offer strong product design and workshop skills as a main specialism that is also able to teach KS3 Art as an additional subject. A candidate with a clear focus on outstanding outcomes for students, which will ensure effective teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and innovative teacher with the skills to teach students to design imaginatively and the ability to teach students to manufacture a range of original products in wood, metal and plastics.  The post is an ideal opportunity to develop in an engaging and innovative environment that will help you develop as a teacher and leader and would be equally suitable for a keen, strong NQT looking for a first teaching post or a more experienced teacher seeking a move.

The successful candidate will not only be passionate about their subject, and have exceptional subject knowledge, but also have a passion and drive to deliver and engage students in their studying of Design and Technology from Key stage 3 to A level.
