South Dartmoor Community College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and creative Teacher of English to join a successful and supportive English department.  This is also an opportunity to teach within our innovative Learning Enrichment Centre delivering accelerated literacy progress for smaller groups of students with literacy challenges.  The successful candidate will be an inspiring, reflective practitioner who maintains high expectations for all students and is superb at building relationships with young people.

The English Department at South Dartmoor is a group of friendly, supportive, generous, forward-thinking, hard-working and dedicated individuals with high expectations of themselves and their learners.  We are constantly working to improve consistency and ensure quality learning and high levels of progress in all lessons.
