In September 2018, we will open our doors to the 180 founding students of our co-educational 11-18yr comprehensive school.  Already oversubscribed, our new school is firmly set to be a beacon of excellence for secondary education in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.  We are driven by the belief that every learner is entitled to an enriching, varied and personalised education; delivered through a broad and balanced curriculum that provides challenge, irrespective of need, starting point or background.  Our mission is to ensure all our students develop into powerful citizens of the digital future on both a national and global scale.

We are seeking to appoint a full time Teacher of Humanities who can deliver high quality learning opportunities for our students in History, Geography and RE.  Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers.  As a start-up school this role will grow as our numbers increase, with the possibility of promotion to a curriculum leadership position for the right candidate in the future.  The role can be offered on a part-time basis (maximum 3 days per week - 0.6fte) for Teachers of History or Geography but if our successful candidate can also teach any of the following subjects we can build this into the timetable to form a full-time position: Maths, English, MFL, Music, Drama, Technology and Art.
