Job overview

We are seeking a passionate and inspirational Teacher of Maths to join our fully staffed, highly qualified and experienced Maths Team in the excellent facilities offered at Mayfield.  (Although a full-time position some flexibility could be considered). The successful candidate should be confident in teaching Maths to all abilities across KS3 and KS4 to an excellent standard and be willing to enrich the Maths curriculum with their own knowledge and experience.

This role offers excellent opportunities for a Maths Teacher at any stage in their career to work within a successful department.  A successful candidate must be keen to develop their Teaching and Learning through our excellent support and CPDL opportunities. They must be willing to take risks and put Maths into real-life contexts to help motivate students in the classroom.  We are looking for a passionate teacher who has an enthusiasm and love of Maths to bring the subject to life. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and contribute to extra-curricular activities within the Mathematics Hub is essential.
