From January 2019, a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher is required to teach music, ideally up to A' Level. Music is a popular and successful subject and there are excellent attitudes towards learning. Although the post can be full time, a part time timetable could be accommodated.

This is an ideal opportunity for either an NQT or an experienced teacher.

Thomas Mills High School is a mainstream, co-educational, non-denominational, secondary academy for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Framlingham in Suffolk and there are 1,140 pupils on its roll.

Thomas Mills High School is one of the country’s highest performing schools with a reputation for excellence.

The original school was founded in 1751 and has been known by a few different names since. Thomas Mills High School was established in its current form in 1979. It is named after a local wealthy businessman, who was the benefactor of the original school back in the 1700s and was a respected member of the Baptist community in Framlingham.
