Job overview

 The Crescent Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible Teaching Assistant, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in our friendly, dynamic and successful school.

The successful candidate will work with individuals and small groups of children to help them achieve their full potential both academically and socially. 

  • Fixed Term for One Year with the Possibility of Extension after One year.
  • Working hours are 27.5 hours per week Monday – Friday; 9.00 am-3.00pm term time only with an unpaid break  of 30 minutes per day. 
  • The actual pro-rata starting salary for this role is NJC Scale: Grade 3 Spine Point 15: £13,629.32 per annum.
