Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and supportive team.  You must enjoy taking responsibility and work well both independently and in a team and be passionate about nurturing pupils.   You will work in partnership with class teachers to support learning in line with the National Curriculum, codes of practice, school policies and procedures.

All applicants should have a Maths and English GCSE Grade C (or above) or the equivalent

In addition to their other roles and responsibilities, Teaching Assistants are required to provide lunchtime supervision either in the dining room or on the playground. Teaching Assistants may be asked to participate in after school clubs for which additional payments can be claimed.
