Vice Principal (x2)

Full Time, Permanent

£49,604 - £54,401 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting

Academy Leadership Range 7-11

REF: SCH/16716TR

Location: Hayes

Start Date: April 2019

Lake Farm Park Academy is a new three-form entry primary academy, with a special resource provision for 12 children with autism.  It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London.  Each year the academy will grow by a single year group until in 2020 it becomes the educational home to over 700 children.

As the school expands we are looking to appoint two Vice Principals for KS1/2 (equivalent to an Assistant Head) to join our Leadership Team. The school currently has children in EYFS, KS1 and Lower KS2, and in September 2019 Year 5 will open. Therefore the successful candidates will be based in either KS1 or KS2.

The position will be 4 days in class per week (including PPA time) with one day of dedicated leadership time. This will be subject to review as the school grows.

The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self-motivated, driven, determined and committed to raising standards. They will be highly effective in supporting the academy to establish a safe, happy and inclusive school where hard work, good behaviour and excellent progress are prized.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be involved in helping to shape our KS1 and KS2 practice and the future direction of the academy.

If you would like further information, then please contact Harshindar Buttar, Principal, at officelfp@theparkfederation.org.

Visits to the school prior to application would be most welcome.
