Year Assistants - Our students need you!
37 hours per week, term time, 40 weeks per annum
We are looking to employ a number of dynamic Year Assistants to engage and establish effective relationships with our students. You will provide support to Pastoral Heads of Year and work with other staff to maintain good behaviour standards and a safe school environment. The role will involve a high level of co-operation in responding to the needs of the school community.
Core responsibilities will include promoting good behaviour through working with the students and through the enforcement of the Academy's Behaviour Management policy. Candidates will be expected to provide a visible and accessible presence within the school setting.
