A first for us! Using parallel text to champion the Gaelic language and help make it accessible to new generations of children. Bringing to the Gaelic version the same skills learned in presenting our French picture books to young language learners.

Produced with the collaboration of the Gaelic Books Council and the translation skills of Gaelic scholars, and including a guide to pronunciation at the back.

Set loosely in the Highlands and Islands, this highly original and gently humorous story counts wolves – starting off with just one, and ending up with a whole pack of wolves by the end of the book.
On the way, they get up to lots of mischief, and even manage to entangle their story with that of the Owl and the Pussycat, whose wedding they attend at the end.
