Our academic provision is ambitious and forward-thinking. Small classes allow teachers to know every student and adapt to different learning styles, ensuring each student feels confident and stretched in equal measure. Our Sixth Form subject blocks are designed around the students themselves, so they can pursue the exact A Level combinations that suit their aspirations, whether that lies in the sciences, the arts or the humanities. Creativity flourishes at Heathfield too, with Art and Design enjoying national recognition for the calibre of work produced by our students.

Life at Heathfield is about much more than lessons. Each student is part of a small Tutor group, benefitting from daily individual attention and guidance. Facilities are outstanding and the boarding community adds an extra dimension where learning, friendship and opportunity extend far beyond the school day.

The Sixth Form experience is distinctive, combining academic ambition with preparation for life beyond school. Our new Leadership Award develops vital skills for the next generation: from public speaking and innovation projects to service, challenge and self-development, the programme ensures Heathfield students leave not only with excellent qualifications but also with confidence, independence and the ability to lead.

Standing in beautiful surroundings just outside Ascot, the school is conveniently located being just 30 miles from central London, 9 miles from the M4 and 5 miles from the M3 motorways.
