This is an exciting opportunity to join our Leaf Studio as an Apprentice Teaching Assistant. This is an opportunity to earn and learn in a real job, with real variety whilst working towards a qualification. The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic and flexible individual. You will enjoy working with young people, have good communication and organisational skills and be willing to play a full part in the development of our pupils and provide a nurturing and safe environment for everyone.

Supporting a range of students with Specific Learning Difficulties or tendencies towards them; and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health conditions or traits associated with these. Applicants will be required to support across the subject range but mainly in academic lessons.

To be eligible for this apprenticeship applicants must have resided in the UK or EEA for 3 years prior to the start of the Apprenticeship. Please note: applicants must not have already completed a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship.

Opened in September 2012 and moved into our modern and versatile building in September 2013. LeAF Studio is home to Performing Arts and Sport specialism programmes with a PAN of 500. LeAF Studio joined Ambitions Academies Trust in September 2017.We are recognised by Ofsted as a GOOD school.

Based in Bournemouth we provide a bespoke education for 13–19-year-olds, combining core curriculum with vocational studies.
