Are you a caring, compassionate and resilient person with a great sense of humour? If so our young vulnerable pupils would really love to meet you.

An excellent opportunity has come up within our school, in Solihull, that caters for, educates and nurtures children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. We have recently gained additional funding initially to 31st August 2023, but this may be extended.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who wishes to make a real and sustained difference to the lives of these young people.

We require Classroom Support for our Lower School that includes pupils from Year 2 through to Year 8.

The posts are specifically to support 3 pupils that require a greater input than our current staffing of 2 staff to 8 pupils.

Our school works with some of the ‘most difficult’ pupils to engage in learning, so if you relish a challenge then we are the place for you. The school is actively moving forward and improving in all ways, making it a dynamic environment to be in. We can guarantee that every day will be different to the last and there is rarely a dull moment.

Are you:

·        A qualified and effective practitioner?

  • Able to meet all the requirements for safeguarding children?
  • Organised and a good communicator?

·        Creative and inspirational?

·        Committed to developing self and others?

·        Friendly, hardworking, motivated?

·        Willing to learn and progress your own professional development?

·        Looking for a challenging but rewarding role?

Can you:

·        Sustain the highest levels of quality teaching?

·        Demonstrate high levels of passion and energy?

·        Share ideas and expertise?

·        Work in a supportive team?

If yes to the above, then we want you to apply
