CLERK TO MAT AND LOCAL GOVERNING BODIES
Grade 3 £19,430 to £24,964 per annum, pro rata - Actual salary £7330 to £9417 per annum
15 hours per week, term time plus two weeks (to be worked during Summer holidays) Hours to be worked flexibly to meet the requirements of Plantsbrook Learning Trust, including daytime (2-3 days per week) with an office base at Plantsbrook School and attendance at evening meetings.
You will act as the professional Officer of the Trust, providing effective administrative support and advice to the Governing Body on governance and constitutional and procedural matters working within the legislative framework.
You will have:
• Knowledge of Governing Body procedures
• The ability to provide advice and guidance on the operation and implementation of external regulations and statutory requirements
• Experience of producing accurate and timely minutes with the ability to touch type desirable
• Attended, or demonstrate a commitment to attend, the Clerks’ Accreditation programme
