Appointment of Full Time Deputy Headteacher

(Leadership scale L13 – L17)

The academy currently provides education for 100 Wirral pupils from key stages 3 and 4 who are permanently excluded from mainstream schools. We are looking for someone who will work in close partnership with the Headteacher, Governors and Liverpool City Region Academy Trust to support the educational and lifelong opportunities of our wonderful young people.

The appointment of Deputy Headteacher is key to the start of our journey in raising standards and becoming a good to outstanding alternative provision.

You must be a passionate and outstanding leader with experience in managing change, challenge and relentlessly reinforcing standards. You may already be a highly skilled professional from a specialist or mainstream setting working in either a senior pastoral role or leading on curriculum, progress and standards.
