Are you an inspiring leader looking to improve the life chances of your students?

Are you passionate about students being successful and having a love for Drama?

Are you yearning to join a highly motivated and effective team?

Are you ready to join us on our “Mission To Greatness”?

Due to the promotion of the current post-holder, we are looking for a Drama Subject Technical Specialist to join us on their transformational journey to greatness. We introduced Drama at KS3 in September 2021 and are looking for a leader to continue developing and delivering an outstanding Drama curriculum. Since re-introducing Drama only 8 months ago, it is now a firm favourite amongst students, and this role is a fantastic opportunity for a leader to build a department with complete autonomy. In addition, the successful candidate will oversee the newly appointed 0.4FTE Music teacher.

Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT, you will be fully supported to develop and deliver a world-class Drama curriculum.
