Reporting to the Bursar, you will work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement effective, timely, multi-channel marketing and admissions strategies in order to maintain and grow the pupil roll.
St Margaret’s is a flourishing day and boarding School with an illustrious history set in 60 acres of parkland in Bushey, Hertfordshire and yet just 20 minutes by train from central London. The School educates girls from 4 to 18 and is international and diverse in its outlook and community.
Managing a small team, you will be responsible for maintaining and raising the profile of the School, promoting every entry point to the School, identifying growth opportunities and planning and managing campaigns to meet School enrolment and progression targets.
CIM qualified, you will provide expert advice and propose new techniques and approaches to drive marketing and admissions initiatives forward. You should also have excellent organisational and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
