The role and what we are looking for

In the role of High-Level Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the teaching and learning to raise standards across the Academy. Supervising Learning Support Assistants, you will be working within an agreed framework of supervision to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for PPA cover across the Academy, including planning, preparation and delivery. A full cycle of monitoring and assessment of student achievement will enable you to develop continuously successful strategies for student progress. You must be willing to model and support the Oasis ethos.
