You should apply if:

  • You are already an outstanding RE teacher with at least 1 year as a successful main scale teacher behind you.
  • You are creative and innovative. 
  • You have very high standards and can demonstrate excellent outcomes for students in your career to date. 
  • You can lead others, you can self-start and you are looking to work with and support the Humanities team consisting of 3 other teachers.
  • The department delivers outstanding outcomes in Geography, History and RE, outcomes in-line with the outstanding numbers produced in both English and Maths.

  • You will play your part in developing the Humanities department as a lead department within the school and your voice will be heard.
