The successful candidate will be an individual of personal and professional integrity with a commitment to outstanding pastoral care alongside academic excellence. They should be energetic, flexible, friendly and enthusiastic about teaching, have excellent organisational skills, and be a confident user of ICT. Working as part of a team is vital, as is the ability to establish a good rapport with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Additional responsibilities within the School, including Subject Co-ordinator posts, may also be available for the interested applicant. These are remunerated separately and applicants should state an interest in their application if it appeals. If such a post is not available initially, other opportunities will arise from time to time and will be advertised in the Staff Room.
