We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and ambitious practitioner to work within our School Improvement Team. This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who shares our values and beliefs at a very exciting time in our school improvement journey.

The Lead Recovery Teacher will have the knowledge and expertise to support the newly appointed Recovery Teaching team to teach pupils within our Trust who are vulnerable to underachievement post the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. Working closely with the School Improvement Advisor the Lead Recovery Teacher will work within academies with Recovery Teachers and academy colleagues to support pupils to catch up and keep up. This is an exciting opportunity for highly skilled practitioner to share their expertise with our academies co-ordinating the Recovery Teaching team to support groups of pupils to improve progress and academic success.

Reporting to the School Improvement Advisor, the successful candidate will be passionate about the development of a rich and relevant recovery curriculum for pupils within our family of academies.
