Your opportunity

The successful candidate will lead the Nursery team for the academic and emotional development for our youngest children in school.

This is a full time permanent position.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate and highly motivated about early years education and ideally has worked within the Nursery or Early years setting, we will though consider all candidates who are talented and professional individuals. We require an individual with a minimum of level 6 qualification or QTS status, unfortunately we cannot consider ECT for this role.

About Warren Mead Schools

Warren Mead Nursery is for children aged 3-4 and is based within Warren Mead Infant School grounds .

Warren Mead Infant and Junior School have historically been separate schools however in more recent years, we have embarked on an exciting new journey for the school where the leadership team lead the two schools as one, serving the same community. Although working out of two buildings, the schools now have a united vision, a joint set of values and a cohesive, progressive curriculum which starts in Nursery and progresses through to Year 6.

Warren Mead Infant School is a community co-educational day school for children aged four to seven years.

The classes have a maximum of thirty pupils and are organised according to age with the children spending a year in one class before moving on through the school.
