PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR  

SALARY: Grade 2 (Point 11-15) depending on experience 

REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

36 hours per week (Term time + 1 week)  

The Coopers’ Company and Coborn School is a dynamic, co-educational 11 – 18 school. We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to work in our busy School Office (8.15am until 3.45pm Monday to Friday).  They would also be required to work an additional 5 days during the School Holidays on essential school dates ie. Exam results days and School Admissions deadlines.    

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting visitors, answering the telephone, dealing with the daily post, drafting of letters, collating reports, responsible for Lower and Upper School Prizegiving, Student Leave of Absence and Late Book register, assisting with the Medical Room and various administrative tasks connected with this work.  

Applicants for this varied and challenging post will be:

 • Presentable 

• PC literate (a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Publisher essential) 

• Knowledge of SIMS, Go4 Schools and Parentmail would be an advantage but training will be given 

• Articulate, with good organisational and communication skills 

• The ability to multi-task   

• A current First Aid at Work qualification would be an advantage but training can be given.
